.DISCUSSION...A STRONG SURFACE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE
ALONG THE COAST TODAY AND PRODUCE STRONG SOUTH WINDS AND RAINFALL
OVER MUCH OF THE REGION. SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT AND SUNDAY,
ESPECIALLY WEST SIDE AREAS, BUT WINDS WILL BECOME WEST AND
DECREASE. A RELATIVE BREAK IN THE STORMINESS IS EXPECTED MONDAY,
BUT ANOTHER FRONT WILL BRING RAIN AND SOUTH WINDS TUESDAY. MORE
FRONTS ARE EXPECTED LATER THIS WEEK AND NEXT WEEKEND AS THIS
