FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR UPPER MICHIGAN
National Weather Service Marquette MI
522 AM EDT Wed Aug 23 2017

...COOL DRY WEATHER THROUGH THE REST OF THE WEEK...

.DISCUSSION: As the cooler air works south across the area, gusty
north-northwest winds are expected again today. Temperatures will
average about 10 to 15 degrees below normal today before
gradually modifying back to near normal by the beginning of the
weekend. As high pressure anchors over the Upper Great Lakes
region later this week into the weekend, expect the dry weather to
linger. The next chance of showers is expected over the west half
of Upper Michigan on Sunday.
