WELL ABOVE SEASONAL NORMAL HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY INTO THE MIDDLE OF
THE WEEK. THE WARMER LOWER DESERTS WILL CLIMB INTO THE LOW TO MIDDLE 80S
FOR THE MOST PART TODAY AND WEDNESDAY. MINIMUM HUMIDITIES WILL
TYPICALLY RANGE FROM 10 TO 15 PERCENT EACH DAY OVER THE DRIER
DESERT...WITH GOOD RECOVERY OVERNIGHT. LOCALLY BREEZY EAST TO
NORTHEAST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TODAY OVER THE ARIZONA DESERTS BECOMING
MORE NORTHERLY NEAR THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER VALLEY. LESS WIND BY
