A WEAK AND DRY PASSING DISTURBANCE WILL KEEP TEMPERATURES TODAY
SLIGHTLY BELOW SEASONAL NORMALS...AND USHER IN VARIABLE AMOUNTS OF
HIGH CLOUDS. AS THE SYSTEM WEAKENS THURSDAY SKIES WILL BECOME SUNNY
AND HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL CLIMB TO NORMAL LEVELS WITH THE WARMER
DESERTS APPROACHING 100 DEGREES. HUMIDITY VALUES WILL BE LOW AND
MOSTLY RANGE FROM THE UPPER SINGLE DIGITS TO THE MID TEENS BOTH DAYS.
WINDS WILL BE LIGHT WITH TYPICAL AFTERNOON GUSTINESS.
