.DISCUSSION...
A fairly dry and cool weather system will affect the region today
into Friday bringing chances for rain and snow mainly to high
terrain locations in Arizona on Friday. Strong winds today will
affect southeast California into far southwest Arizona with gusts
above 30 mph. Breezy conditions will be more widespread on Friday
as a cold front marches through the area. Minimum humidities both
days will mostly fall between 20 and 30 percent with good
overnight recoveries.
