TO THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON...WITH RAIN ENDING BY EARLY IN THE EVENING
AS THE UPPER LOW MOVES OVER THE REGION BEFORE ACCELERATING EASTWARD.
NORTHERLY WINDS IN THE WAKE OF THIS LOW WILL FINALLY BEGIN TO
DIMINISH DURING THE DAY THURSDAY. WITH UNSEASONALLY COOL TEMPERATURES IN
