RETURNING UNDER WEAK HIGH PRESSURE MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. WINDS
WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE EACH DAY AS STRONG LOW PRESSURE OVER THE
EAST PACIFIC APPROACHES. SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE AGAIN BY THURSDAY
ALONG WITH COOLER TEMPERATURES AND HIGHER HUMIDITY.
