...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL PASS OVER THE REGION TODAY GENERATING
PLENTY OF CLOUD COVER ALONG WITH SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS AND MUCH COOLER TEMPERATURES. SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL
LINGER IN PORTIONS OF THE AREA THROUGH THE WEEKEND. TEMPERATURES
WILL BE WELL BELOW NORMAL TODAY BUT A SLOW WARMING TREND WILL FOLLOW
 THROUGH THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH WILL BRING SHOWERS AND EVEN A SLIGHT CHANCE OF
THUNDERSTORMS MAINLY THIS MORNING. A FEW SHOWERS MAY LINGER INTO
SATURDAY. FAIR WEATHER WITH A GRADUAL WARMING TREND WILL OCCUR NEXT
WEEK WITH NIGHT AND MORNING LOW CLOUDS WEST OF THE MOUNTAINS.
HUMIDITY WILL BE ABOVE NORMAL THROUGH SUNDAY. SEASONAL WEATHER WILL
FOLLOW MOST OF NEXT WEEK.

...DISCUSSION FROM PHXFWFPSR...

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING THROUGH THE AREA WILL BRING MUCH COOLER
TEMPERATURES AND A CONTINUATION OF THE BREEZY CONDITIONS TODAY. PEAK
GUSTS WILL GENERALLY REACH 20 TO 30 MPH. THERE IS ALSO A SLIGHT
CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS PORTIONS OF EASTERN
RIVERSIDE AND LA PAZ COUNTIES. THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE
TOWARDS THE FOUR CORNERS REGION SATURDAY HERALDING A WARMING TREND
ACROSS SOUTHEASTERN CALIFORNIA AND SOUTHWESTERN ARIZONA.
HOWEVER...TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN WELL BELOW NORMAL WITH RELATIVELY
MOIST CONDITIONS ACROSS THE DESERT SOUTHWEST.
