CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST AS RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL ONCE AGAIN FALL
INTO THE LOWER 20S...ESPECIALLY THROUGHOUT THE AFTERNOON HOURS. 20 FT
WINDS OUT OF THE NORTH BETWEEN 5-7 MPH WILL SHIFT TO A MORE WESTERLY
DIRECTION IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS AND EVENTUALLY END UP
