.DISCUSSION...At 1115 PDT - A significant push of rain was occurring
across eastern Oregon, as an upper level trough approached the area
from the west. This rain will continue through early afternoon, then
gradually ease up later this afternoon as the upper trough tracks east
across Baker County. Rain showers will still be present during this
time, but the overall coverage and frequency of precipitation will
have lessened. The threat of rain showers will continue on Tuesday,
as moist southwesterly flow aloft takes hold. An estimated 24-hr
rainfall total of 0.15 to 0.40 is expected at the Iron Mountain
