AND RAIN WILL DEVELOP BETWEEN 1 AND 3 AM. A COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE
BETWEEN 6 AND 8 AM WILL BRING COOLING. MODERATE RAIN AT TIMES
THROUGH TUESDAY WILL TOTAL AROUND ONE THIRD OF AN INCH BY 6PM AS
AN ASSOCIATED UPPER LEVEL TROUGH PROVIDES LIFT ACROSS THE BOISE
