.DISCUSSION...A COOL AND MOIST AIRMASS PUSHED UP AGAINST THE FRONT
RANGE WILL COMBINE WITH THE PASSAGE OF AN UPPER LEVEL WEATHER
DISTURBANCE TO PRODUCE CONSIDERABLE CLOUD COVER AND NUMEROUS RAIN
SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF HEAVY RAINFALL AND SMALL HAIL IN THE
DENVER METRO AREA LATER THIS AFTERNOON. MINOR URBAN DRAINAGE AND
STREET FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE. MOST OF THIS SHOWER AND STORM
ACTIVITY SHOULD MOVE SOUTHEAST AWAY OF THE DENVER METRO AREA AFTER
MIDNIGHT. PARTIAL CLEARING LATE TONIGHT MAY RESULT IN POCKETS OF FOG
MAINLY IN LOW LYING AREAS. THURSDAY SHOULD BY DRIER AND WARMER
FOLLOWING THE PASSAGE OF THE UPPER LEVEL WEATHER DISTURBANCE
TONIGHT.
