SOUTHERN GREAT BASIN...STEERS STORMS SOUTHWESTWARD ACROSS CENTRAL NM
AND INTO ARIZONA.  WEATHER WILL TURN MORE ACTIVE STARTING LATER
THURSDAY AFTERNOON...AS A WEAK DISTURBANCE MOVES
DOWN THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE RIDGE OVER NM.  THIS WILL ENHANCE STORM
ACTIVITY OVER THE BURN SITE...WITH GUSTY DOWNBURST WINDS TO 45 MPH OR
MORE...FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND HAIL AS THE MAIN
