LOW PRESSURE IN THE SOUTHERN PLAINS WILL INCREASE SOUTHERLY WINDS
JUST A BIT THIS AFTERNOON WITH A FEW GUSTS NEAR 15 MPH.  ABOVE
NORMAL TEMPERATURES ARE FORECAST ONCE AGAIN TODAY WITH A LACK OF
CLOUDS AND WARM SOUTH WINDS.  THE SOUTH WINDS WILL ALSO KEEP THE DEW
POINTS AROUND THE UPPER 50S TO NEAR 60...CREATING AFTERNOON HUMIDITIES
MAINLY IN THE 40-45% RANGE.
