.DISCUSSION...

Cloud cover will continue to be on the increase through the day today.
Showers will hold off until late in the day, most likely toward 4 PM
and thereafter. Showers will remain likely overnight and become more
scattered on Wednesday. No thunderstorms are anticipated. Rainfall
totals of around a quarter inch can be expected. Relative humidity
levels today should bottom out only around 50 percent this afternoon
before showers begin to move in this evening.

Winds will from the southeast around 5 mph today with transport winds
southeast at 12 to 20 mph today.

Ceilings of  4,000 - 5,000 feet will increase this afternoon with low
ceilings under 1,000 feet expected by Wednesday morning. Patchy fog
will also be possible by early Wednesday morning, especially
between 2 AM and 10 AM.
