.DISCUSSION...

PATCHY FOG AND LOW CLOUDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE MORNING. BY THE
THE AFTERNOON...SCATTERED LOW CLOUDS AROUND 3-4KFT ARE STILL EXPECTED.
THE FOG THIS MORNING COMBINED WITH THE LOW CLOUDS IS RESULTING IN
LOW DISPERSION INDEX VALUES TODAY. FOG IS EXPECTED AGAIN TONIGHT THAT
WILL ONCE AGAIN LIMIT THE DISPERSION INDEX VALUES OVERNIGHT AND ON
WEDNESDAY.

ALTHOUGH PATCHY DRIZZLE IS WEST OF THE SITE THIS MORNING...IT IS
STILL POSSIBLE FOR A BRIEF PERIOD OF PATCHY DRIZZLE AT THE SITE
THROUGH 10AM.

20FT WINDS ARE FORECAST TO BE FROM THE NORTHEAST AROUND 5MPH...
HOWEVER WITH THIS LIGHTER WIND SPEED...THIS COULD RESULT IN
SOME VARIABILITY WITH THE DIRECTION AND THUS CONFIDENCE IS LOW
ON THE WIND SPEED.

ALTHOUGH THE FORECAST FOR THE SITE SHOWS THE TRANSPORT WINDS
NORTHEAST INITIALLY THEN BECOMING EAST...THEY BECOME SOUTHERLY
DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON AND THEN WEST OVERNIGHT. SITES JUST
TO THE NORTH AND WEST OF THIS AREA HAVE WEST WINDS ALL AFTERNOON
AND THE BURN SITE IS CLOSE TO THIS LINE BETWEEN THE WEST WINDS AND
EAST WINDS. AS WITH THE 20FT WINDS...WITH THE LIGHT WIND SPEEDS OF
5MPH OR LESS...AND WITH THE AREA BEING IN A REGION BETWEEN WEST WINDS
AND EAST WINDS...EXPECT SOME VARIABILITY WITH THE TRANSPORT WINDS TOO.
