This mornings sounding from Bellemont shows a steep surface
based inversion, with the top about 1000 feet above ground level
at this burn site. Winds speeds in the sounding are from the northeast
at less than 5 knot from the ground through 3000 feet agl. Ventilation
values for the next 24 hours overall will be poor, except for an hour
or two of marginal conditions this afternoon.

On Thursday, a dry cold front to move through, with gusty northeast winds
by mid morning.
