The forecast today will feature mostly cloudy to cloudy skies in the
region of the burn.  There is some concern that a few sprinkles or
flurries could occur...but the airmass looks to dry in the low levels
for that to happen.  The temperature will slowly climb during the day
and as it does the wind will increase.
