.DISCUSSION...High pressure will build over the area today with
stable and dry conditions, as well as very light winds which
will create low dispersion. The high will build gradually
east of the area through late Sunday with an increase in
onshore flow. Humidity will be very low today in the 20-35%
range inland, with good recovery in Sunday as onshore flow
increases.

FOG POTENTIAL AND OTHER REMARKS...An inland freeze early this
morning with widespread frost. Patchy late night fog is
expected Sunday night.
