remainder of the period with the highest probability being
20 percent Friday night.

There will be potential for patchy dense fog around sunrise on
Thursday, burning off by about 9 am. Transport winds are expected to
be very low, around 1 to 2 m/s for much of tonight through midday
Thursday.
