.DISCUSSION...
HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE AREAS WILL KEEP THE WEATHER QUIET THROUGH
TOMORROW. THIS WILL KEEP THE GENERAL DOWN TO MID FLAME WIND ON
THE LIGHT SIDE. WHILE THIS WOULD USUALLY LEAD TO BETTER
DISPERSION, A STRONG, LOW LEVEL INVERSION IS IN PLACE, WHICH IS
KEEPING THE MIXING HEIGHTS LOWER THAN NORMAL. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED
TO BREAK TODAY, THUS THE TRANSPORT WIND WILL ALSO BE ON THE LOW
SIDE. THE GULF SEA BREEZE LOOKS AS THOUGH IT MAY MAKE IT TO THE
BURN AREA AT AROUND 3 OR SO THIS AFTERNOON. BUT, IT WILL BE WEAK,
WITH A CHANGE IN DIRECTION TO THE NORTH NORTHWEST. THIS IS
UNCERTAIN HOWEVER, AND IF IT IS NOT ABLE TO BECOME STRONG ENOUGH,
IT MAY NOT PROGRESS FAR ENOUGH INLAND TO AFFECT THE BURN AREA.
THIS IS ALL KEEPING THE LDSI AROUND 25 FOR TODAY. NO FOG IS
EXPECTED OVERNIGHT.
