HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE SOUTHEAST STATES WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT EAST
AND WEAKEN LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THIS WILL MAINTAIN A
NORTH WIND THIS MORNING OF 5 TO 10 MPH BECOMING NORTH-NORTHEAST
EARLY THIS AFTERNOON AND NORTHEAST BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON. THE
DIRECTION WILL AGAIN GRADUALLY SHIFT TO THE NORTH OVERNIGHT AS THE
MAINLAND COOLS ALLOWING FOR DRAINAGE FLOW (OFFSHORE) TO BECOME
DOMINANT BY LATE TONIGHT.
