Look for low clouds to linger today across the area, with cooler
but still above normal temperatures. Mainly light north winds
will gradually shift northeast by late morning, becoming gusty by
later this afternoon into the evening. High relative humidity
values this morning will become moderate this afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Slight chance of rain late in
                    the afternoon. Chance of rain 20 percent.
