A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE TENNESSEE
VALLEY LATE TODAY AND TONIGHT PRODUCING WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND
POSSIBLY A THUNDERSTORM. SOME OF THE STORMS WILL PRODUCING STRONG
GUSTY WINDS AND HEAVY RAINS. MUCH COLDER AIR WILL SWEEP INTO THE
AREA LATE TONIGHT AND TUESDAY WITH RAIN SHOWERS BECOMING MIXED WITH
OR CHANGING TO SNOW SHOWERS ACROSS THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS.
A COLD RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE SOUTHERN
APPALACHIANS TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING PRODUCING A
WIDESPREAD FREEZE AND FROST.
