.DISCUSSION...(For ongoing Flood Concerns). Very moist air will
continue to shift over the area through tonight. The hourly rain
amounts have decreased Monday morning, but should again increase
this afternoon. The air mass will begin to dry late tonight into
Tuesday, but with a few light showers persisting.

.TODAY...

* Sky/Weather.........Periods of rain...increasing to moderate
  intensity at times mid day into afternoon. Afternoon rain
  amounts around 0.25 of an inch.
* CWR (> 0.10 Inch)...100 percent.
* Max Temperature.....48-50.
* Wind (20 ft)........Southeast 3-8 mph.

.TONIGHT...

* Sky/Weather.........Periods of rain...moderate intensity at
  times...decreasing to sprinkles by morning. Rain amounts around
  0.25 this evening and then 0.10 to 0.15 after midnight.
* CWR (> 0.10 Inch)...100 percent.
* Max Temperature.....40-42.
* Wind (20 ft)........East to 5 mph.

.TUESDAY...

* Sky/Weather.........Mostly cloudy. A few light rain showers.
