.DISCUSSION...Mostly cloudy skies this morning should turn partly cloudy
by late morning and sunny by afternoon.  Temperatures will remain seasonably
cool with moderate humidity as onshore wind flow continues. Building high
pressure should compress the marine layer from around 2000 feet deep this
morning to 1500 feet by Thursday with a few degrees of warming.
