LOW PRESSURE WILL SLOWLY MOVE ACROSS EASTERN NEBRASKA AND
WESTERN IOWA TODAY. THIS WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE THE AREAS
OF DRIZZLE AND LIGHT RAIN EARLY THIS MORNING...BUT THE
MAJORITY OF THE DAY WILL BE DRY. WITH THE LOW IN THE AREA
THOUGH THE CLOUDS AND COOL TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE. WINDS WILL START OFF FAIRLY LIGHT WITH THE LOW
PRESSURE STILL IN THE AREA...BUT WINDS WILL GENERALLY BE
FROM THE NORTH NORTHWEST THROUGH THE MORNING AND INTO THE
AFTERNOON.
