.DISCUSSION...

Low pressure over western Illinois will track northeast into the
Great Lakes region today while a second weather system moves into
the central plains. The secondary system will bring a chance of rain
to southern parts of the area tonight into Monday morning with extensive
cloud cover elsewhere. Decreasing clouds are expected Monday afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (90-100 percent). Areas of fog early in
                    the morning.
Max temperature.....Around 47.
Min humidity........74 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Light winds becoming north around 5 mph late in
                    the afternoon.
