.DISCUSSION...An upper level low centered over western South Dakota
will bring wrap around moisture to the area today. High pressure starts
to build in Thursday, but there will be enough lingering moisture that
with heating scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected
by Thursday afternoon. Expect warmer and dry conditions by Friday and
continue through the weekend into next week with high pressure in
place.
