BEFORE BEGINNING TO SLOWLY INCREASE DURING THE EVENING HOURS. SOUTH
WINDS OF 5 TO 10 MPH THIS MORNING, WILL BECOME SOUTHEAST AT 5 TO 10
MPH THIS AFTERNOON. ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
POSSIBLE TODAY, WITH RAIN CHANCE DECREASING THIS EVENING.
