.DISCUSSION...Cool temperatures and overcast conditions can be
expected today with light rain and some snow persisting into mid
afternoon. Minor snow accumulations are possible. Skies will clear
out later tonight with temperatures falling into the mid 20s.

Warmer temperatures, sunny skies, and dry conditions are expected
for Saturday. Light westerly winds will become southerly by noon,
with decent atmospheric mixing by early afternoon. This will
allow for wind gusts around 20 mph during the afternoon hours.
