TROPICAL STORM ERIKA HAS MOVED WEST OVER THE CENTRAL CARIBBEAN...
THEREFORE THE RAIN AND FLOODING POTENTIAL HAVE DIMINISHED SIGNIFICANTLY
ACROSS PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS THE REST OF THIS AFTERNOON
AND TONIGHT.

POTENTIAL IMPACTS

CONDITIONS MAY STILL BE BREEZY TO WINDY.

* SURGE:
NO IMPACTS ARE ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME ACROSS PUERTO RICO AND THE
US VIRGIN ISLANDS.

* FLOODING RAIN:
MINOR FLOODING RAIN ARE STILL POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF PUERTO RICO
THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON. REMAIN WELL GUARDED AGAINST FLOOD WATERS
HAVING FURTHER IMPACTS OF SIGNIFICANT POTENTIAL.

* TORNADOES:
NO IMPACTS ARE ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME ACROSS PUERTO RICO AND THE
