ARCTIC AIR WILL SPILL INTO THE REGION LATE MONDAY ON GUSTY
NORTHWEST WINDS. TEMPERATURES TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY WILL ONLY TOP
OUT IN THE TEENS AND SINGLE DIGITS. WIND CHILL VALUES OF 15 TO 25
DEGREES BELOW ZERO AND COLDER ARE LIKELY TUESDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY
FRIDAY.
