This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwestern Connecticut,
western Massachusetts, east central New York, eastern New York and
southern Vermont.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

A period of moderate to heavy rainfall is expected Saturday afternoon
into Saturday evening, which combined with snow melt, could result
in significant river rises with possible flooding on some main stem
rivers through Sunday. If confidence in flooding increases, a flood
watch would be issued.

Strong gusty winds are also possible Saturday night and Sunday.
