This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southeast South Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Flooding: Numerous to widespread showers and thunderstorms will
develop across the region today into this evening. The rain will
become heavy at times which could produce areas of flooding, mainly
in low lying and poor drainage areas. The risk for flooding will be
elevated around times of high tide, especially in Downtown
Charleston. Be prepared to take action later today if flooding is
observed for if a flash flood warning or flood advisory is issued
for your area.

Coastal Flooding: Shallow coastal flooding will be possible around
high tide this evening. A Coastal Flood Advisory may be needed.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Coastal flooding: Tides will be running high given the increased
astronomical influences and onshore winds could help push levels
high enough to produce shallow coastal flooding around the times of
the evening high tide through Monday. Coastal Flood Advisories may
be needed.
