This hazardous weather outlook is for South Texas and the Middle
Texas Coastal Waters.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Heat index values between 105 and 109 degrees are expected today
over nearly all of South Texas, with isolated heat index values
110 or more for an hour or two, mainly over areas east of Highway
281.

There is a moderate risk of rip currents along gulf-facing
beaches.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

There is a moderate risk of rip currents along gulf-facing
beaches.

Maximum Heat Index values 105 to 109 degrees can be
expected each day during the period. Isolated to scattered
thunderstorms may occur Monday and Tuesday over the Coastal Bend
and Victoria Crossroads, with more isolated thunderstorms possible
across the region Wednesday and Thursday.
