THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL
ILLINOIS...NORTHWEST ILLINOIS...WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...EAST
CENTRAL IOWA...NORTHEAST IOWA...SOUTHEAST IOWA AND NORTHEAST
MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE ALONG AND NORTH OF HIGHWAY
30 THROUGH EARLY EVENING. THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE BRIEF HEAVY
DOWNPOURS, SOME CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING, AS WELL AS WIND GUSTS
UP TO 40 MPH AS THEY PASS BY.

MORE WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WILL SPREAD UP
FROM THE SOUTH LATER THIS EVENING AND INTO THE OVERNIGHT. THERE IS
JUST A MARGINAL RISK FOR ANY SEVERE WEATHER WITH THIS OVERNIGHT
STORM ACTIVITY. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IS LIKELY WITH ANY CLUSTER
OF STORMS MOVING OVERHEAD TONIGHT INTO EARLY SATURDAY MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

A LOW RISK FOR STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS WILL CONTINUE SATURDAY AND
AND SATURDAY EVENING BEFORE THE STORM SYSTEM WHICH BROUGHT THE
PLAINS THE STORMY WEATHER THIS WEEK MOVES AWAY FROM THE REGION.
HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS WOULD BE THE PRIMARY THREATS IF SEVERE
STORMS DEVELOP.

MORE CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST FOR
MEMORIAL DAY THROUGH THURSDAY. IT WILL NOT RAIN EVERY DAY THIS
WEEK...BUT A THREAT DOES EXIST SEVERAL DAYS. IT IS TOO EARLY TO
DETERMINE THE THREAT FOR SEVERE STORMS BEYOND MONDAY.
