THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ALONG THE RIO GRANDE
PLAINS INTO THE EDWARDS PLATEAU THIS AFTERNOON. MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES OF 20 TO 30 PERCENT AND WINDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH ARE
EXPECTED. THESE COULD INCREASE THE RISK FOR BRUSH AND GRASS FIRES
TO SPREAD QUICKLY IF THEY OCCUR.

ELEVATED HEAT INDICES ARE EXPECTED ALONG AND EAST OF I-35 THIS
AFTERNOON. SPOTTY HEAT INDICES OF 105 TO 107 DEGREES ARE EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ALONG THE RIO GRANDE
PLAINS INTO THE EDWARDS PLATEAU EACH AFTERNOON. MINIMUM RELATIVE
