            NWS STORM SURVEY FINDS EF1 TORNADO DAMAGE WITH WINDS
            ESTIMATED TO 90 MPH...WIDTH UP TO 30 YARDS WIDE...TRACK
            WAS 3.5 MILES LONG FROM GEORGE ROUYEA RD TO NEAR THE
            INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAYS 431 AND 931. THE TORNADO CAUSED
            INTERMITTENT DAMAGE WITH SCATTERED TREES UPROOTED OR
            SNAPPED ALONG WITH POWERLINE AND POWER POLE DAMAGE. ALSO
            MINOR STRUCTURAL DAMAGE DUE TO FALLING TREES.
