AT 1156 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 28 MILES SOUTHEAST OF THE COASTAL WATERS EAST OF NANTUCKET...
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

FREQUENT LIGHTNING WAS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. HEAD TO SAFE
HARBOR...OR STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE AND KEEP AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED
