EAST OF PORT COLBORNE TO 16 NM NORTHWEST OF RIPLEY...MOVING EAST AT
35 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...

STURGEON POINT...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 35 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
