AT 234 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 7 NM NORTHWEST
OF FRIPP INLET BUOY TO NEAR EDISTO FORTY REEF...MOVING WEST AT 10
KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND...SAINT HELENA SOUND AND HUNTING
ISLAND WILL BE IMPACTED THROUGH 300 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THIS LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE WINDS UP TO 30
KNOTS...AND COULD POSE A SERIOUS HAZARD FOR BOATERS. A SPECIAL MARINE
WARNING MAY BE REQUIRED. SPECIAL MARINE WARNINGS ARE ISSUED FOR
THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS OF 34 KNOTS OR GREATER...PENNY SIZED HAIL OR
