WAVE WILL PRODUCE ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS CONDUCIVE FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF WATERSPOUTS OR SHORT-LIVED FUNNEL CLOUDS MAINLY
THIS MORNING.

IF WATERSPOUTS ARE OBSERVED OR A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING IS ISSUED
FOR WATERSPOUTS...MARINERS SHOULD REMAIN WELL CLEAR OF WATERSPOUTS.
WINDS NEAR WATERSPOUTS CAN EXCEED 35 KNOTS ALONG WITH CORRESPONDING
ROUGH SEAS.
