...PATCHY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS TUESDAY MORNING OVER THE BAYS AND
   NEARSHORE COASTAL WATERS...

THE COMBINATION OF MOIST ONSHORE FLOW AND THE COOL SEA SURFACE
HAS RESULTED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF FOG OVER PORTIONS OF THE BAYS
AND NEARSHORE COASTAL WATERS. PREDOMINATE VISIBILITIES WILL RANGE
FROM 3 TO 5 NAUTICAL MILES. YET...PATCHY DENSE FOG WITH
VISIBILITIES OF 1 NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS WILL ALSO OCCUR OVER THE
BAYS AND NEARSHORE WATERS. AS A RESULT...NAVIGATION WILL BE
DIFFICULT.

AFFECTED MARINERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPID CHANGES TO
VISIBILITY. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS SHOULD CONSIDER SEEKING SAFE
HARBOR.

CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE BY LATE MORNING TUESDAY DUE TO THE MIXING
OF DRIER AIR FROM ALOFT.
