AT 951 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS MOVING
OFF THE COAST BETWEEN SURF CITY AND MASONBORO ISLAND. THE ACTIVITY
WAS MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 25 KNOTS.
