LOCATED 36 NM EAST OF TALBOT ISLAND...OR 47 NM SOUTHEAST OF ST.
SIMONS ISLAND. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
