...PATCHY DENSE SEA FOG THROUGH THE MORNING....

SOUTHEAST WINDS ARE BRINGING A WARM AND MOIST AIRMASS OVER THE TOP
OF COOLER NEAR SHORE SHELF WATERS. THE RESULT HAS BEEN THE
FORMATION OF SEA FOG. THIS SEA FOG WILL BE DENSE IN PATCHES IN
SOME LOCATIONS WITH VISIBILITY LESS THAN ONE MILE AND POSSIBLY AS
LOW AS ONE QUARTER OF A MILE. THE FOG IS EXPECTED TO SLOWLY LIFT
WITH VISIBILITIES IMPROVING SOMEWHAT BY LATE MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON.
THESE CONDITIONS MAY BRING ABOUT HAZARDOUS OPERATIONS OF MARINE
VESSELS AND EXTREME CAUTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AS VISIBILITIES MAY BE
REDUCED SUDDENLY.
