...WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG CONTINUING THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING NORTH
OF SAN NICOLAS ISLAND...

A SHALLOW MARINE LAYER WILL CONTINUE TO CREATE DENSE FOG ACROSS
THE COASTAL WATERS. WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE
COASTAL WATERS THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...PRIMARILY NORTH OF SAN
NICOLAS ISLAND INCLUDING THE SANTA BARBARA CHANNEL AND CENTRAL
COAST. MARINERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR ABRUPT VISIBILITY CHANGES
DOWN TO ONE NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE CENTRAL

LOOKOUT FOR EXPOSED ROCKS AND OTHER VESSELS...AND USE RADAR OR GPS
NAVIGATION IF AVAILABLE.
