...AREAS OF DENSE FOG CONTINUING OVER THE WATERS...

Areas of dense fog with visibility of less than one nautical mile
will continue over portions of the Maryland Chesapeake Bay and
the Tidal Potomac River through early afternoon. Local visibility
around one quarter nautical mile is possible.

Mariners navigating the waters should exercise caution and follow
the US Coast Guard Rule of Conduct of vessels in restricted
visibility.
