  COASTAL WATERS FROM DEERFIELD BEACH TO OCEAN REEF FL OUT TO 60 NM
  EXCLUDING THE TERRITORIAL WATERS OF BAHAMAS...

AT 103 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN OUTFLOW BOUNDARY FROM EARLIER
THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHERN PALM BEACH COUNTY...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS
UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS OUTFLOW WAS LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 15 NM WEST OF
CORAL GABLES TO 15 NM EAST OF SURFSIDE TO 44 NM EAST OF HILLSBORO
BEACH...MOVING SOUTH AT 35 KNOTS. THIS OUTFLOW BOUNDARY WILL AFFECT THE COASTAL WATERS
OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY AND BISCAYNE BAY THROUGH EARLY THIS MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
