AT 623 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...FROM
5 NM WEST OF HATTERAS INLET TO THE MOUTH OF THE NEUSE RIVER...OR FROM
5 NM WEST OF HATTERAS INLET TO 3 NM SOUTHEAST OF THE MOUTH OF THE
NEUSE RIVER. THE LINE WAS DRIFTING SOUTHEAST AT 5 MPH.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  OCRACOKE AT 700 AM.
  THE VICINITY OF CEDAR ISLAND AT 725 AM.
  OCRACOKE INLET...CEDAR ISLAND...HATTERAS INLET...AR230 AT 730 AM.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...
AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY OR
REMAIN IN PORT UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
