FROM CAPE LOOKOUT TO OREGON INLET...

PATCHY DENSE SEA FOG WITH VISIBILITIES OCCASIONALLY BEING REDUCED
TO ONE MILE OR LESS HAS REDEVELOPED THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS
PORTIONS THE COASTAL WATERS FROM CAPE LOOKOUT TO OREGON
INLET...INCLUDING THE PAMLICO SOUND.

IF YOU ENCOUNTER FOG...REDUCE YOUR SPEED AND KEEP A LOOK OUT FOR
OTHER VESSELS...BUOYS AND BREAKWATERS. KEEP YOUR NAVIGATION LIGHTS
ON. IF NOT EQUIPPED WITH RADAR YOU SHOULD CONSIDER RETURNING TO
PORT OR REMAIN AT THE DOCKS UNTIL THE FOG LIFTS. MAKE SURE YOUR
CREW IS WEARING PROPERLY FITTED LIFE JACKETS.
