VISIBILITY TO ONE MILE AT TIMES THIS MORNING. THE FOG WILL SUBSIDE
AROUND NOON...AS NORTHWEST WINDS INCREASE IN THE WAKE OF A COLD
FRONT...AND GUST UP TO 25 KNOTS.
