TODAY. THIS SYSTEM WITH SPREAD WIDESPREAD RAIN ACROSS THE COASTAL
WATERS...AND WILL ALSO BRING A SLIGHT RISK FOR THUNDERSTORMS THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
