...THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS OF WESTERN PUERTO RICO...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE WESTWARD ACROSS
JUST WEST OF RINCON. THESE STORMS WILL CREATE PERIODS OF
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL...GUSTY WINDS AND CLOUD TO WATER LIGHTNING.
SUDDEN WATERSPOUTS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE.

LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF CAUGHT ON THE OPEN
WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...KEEP AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED
METAL OBJECTS.
