WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS MOVING WEST AROUND 15 KNOTS...ACROSS THE
OFFSHORE COASTAL WATERS WATERS NORTHEAST OF PUERTO RICO AND THE
NORTHERN U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS...AND JUST SOUTHEAST OF PUERTO RICO
OVER THE CARIBBEAN WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
