WESTERN COASTAL WATERS AND THE MONA PASSAGE FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF
HOURS...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE WESTERN
COASTAL WATERS OF PUERTO RICO AS WELL AS THE MONA PASSAGE FOR THE
NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS. THESE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE
PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL...LOCALLY HIGHER WINDS AND SEAS AS WELL AS
REDUCED VISIBILITY. FREQUENT CLOUD TO WATER LIGHTNING IS EXPECTED.
THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE SLOWLY WESTWARD.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
