AT 1210 AM AST...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM IS
MOVING TO THE WEST AT AROUND 10 KNOTS.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES...WITH PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL.
BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS
PASS.

INTENSE LIGHTNING MAY BE OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF CAUGHT ON
