SOUTHWEST TO 25 NM OFFSHORE...MOVING EAST AT 50 KNOTS. A GUST OF 59
KNOTS WAS MEASURED AT THE NORTHWEST FLORIDA BEACHES INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT.
