STRENGTHEN THE PRESSURE GRADIENT ACROSS THE LOWER TEXAS COAST
THURSDAY. NORTH WINDS INCREASE WITH FREQUENT GALE FORCE GUSTS
LIKELY DEVELOPING JUST BEHIND OR SHORTLY AFTER THE FRONTAL PASSAGE
THURSDAY MID TO LATE MORNING. GALE CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST INTO
