.A STRONG TO VERY STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW AND LARGE SEAS HAVE
DEVELOPED ACROSS THE BAYS AND COASTAL WATERS THIS MORNING IN THE
WAKE OF A COLD FRONT. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DECREASE TO BELOW
ADVISORY LEVELS ACROSS THE BAYS LATER THIS MORNING...HOWEVER WINDS
WILL REMAIN ABOVE ADVISORY LEVELS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS THROUGH
NOON. WINDS ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS WILL SLOWLY DIMINISH
THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON WITH SEAS DROPPING TO BELOW ADVISORY
LEVELS THIS EVENING.

ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS. MARINERS SHOULD PAY CLOSE
